Physicians
Dr. Currey is a
Board-Certified Senior Surgeon with University
Orthopedics, having joined the group in 1972 upon
the completion of his Residency in Orthopedic
Surgery at the University of Tennessee College of
Medicine's Chattanooga Campus. For the past three
years Dr. Currey has served as Chairman of that same
program, continuing a legacy initiated by the
group's founder, Dr. C. Robert Clark.
A past Chief of the Medical
Staff for Erlanger Medical Center, Dr. Currey has
been active in medical leadership throughout his
career. He currently sees patients with general
orthopedic injuries, as well as those requiring
arthroscopic joint repair and total joint
replacement. Appointments with Dr. Currey are
scheduled at the group's office complex on the main
Erlanger Medical Center campus.
